Fox News still dominates the cable ratings. On Thursday, Fox had eight of the top 20 programs, with Kayleigh McEnany’s popular program ‘Outnumbered’ making it to the number 20 spot.

This is a big win for Fox News and a significant loss for CNN and MSNBC. Both of those networks have been trying to catch up to Fox News in the ratings, but they continue to fall short.

Kayleigh McEnany has been a big part of Fox News’ success. She is one of the most popular hosts on the network, and her show ‘Outnumbered’ is one of the most watched shows on cable news.

Kayleigh McEnany’s show ‘Outnumbered’ has beaten every single show on both CNN and MSNBC in the ratings, according to Nielsen Media Research.

The show, which aired weekdays at noon ET on Fox News Channel, averaged 1.8 million viewers and 333,000 in the key 25-54 demographic.

This is a significant feat, as CNN and MSNBC both have prime-time shows that air during the day.

What’s even more impressive is that ‘Outnumbered’ cracked the top 20 in all of the cable news, coming in at #19.

This is a huge accomplishment, as Kayleigh is up against some of the biggest names in the business.

CNN’s ‘The Lead with Jake Tapper was the only other daytime show to crack the top 20, coming in at #16.

The top-rated show on Fox News was Tucker Carlson Tonight, which came in fourth place with an average of 2.4 million viewers.

The Five, another popular show on Fox News, came in sixth place with an average of 2.3 million viewers. Bret Bair’s show, which airs at 9 pm ET, averaged 2.2 million viewers, while Jesse Watters’ show averaged 1.9 million viewers.

Sean Hannity’s show, which airs at 10 pm ET, averaged 1.8 million viewers. Finally, America’s Report on Fox News, which airs at 6 pm ET, averaged 1.7 million viewers.

Worried wife Cherelle Griner gave Abby Phillips of CNN an update on her WNBA star spouse Brittney Griner’s condition.

“Cherelle Griner told me she had a good meeting with Biden. He gave her more confidence in the admin’s efforts to bring Brittney Griner home, ‘It allowed me to have confidence in what he’s doing right now,’” Phillips said.

Griner is currently serving a two-year sentence in a Russian prison after being convicted of assault following a brawl at a nightclub in Moscow.

“She’s not well, she’s losing it,” Cherelle Griner said of her wife. “She’s hanging in there, but she’s losing it.”

Cherelle Griner added that the Trump administration was “not doing anything” to help Brittney Griner and that she was “disappointed” in them.

The Biden administration has pledged to work to secure the release of all Americans who are being held unjustly overseas, including Brittney Griner.

Griner’s wife continued: “Griner said Biden alluded to media coverage that reported the administration was prepared to swap at least on Russian imprisoned in the US for Griner and another detained American Paul Wheelan. 

“But Biden did not get into specifics about the details of a swap.

“Cherelle’s sense after meeting with Biden was that negotiations have been very complex but that Biden is determined to get a deal done: 

“I don’t think they have quite figured out exactly what Russia wants in return for BG. Cherelle has been exchanging letters from BG during her imprisonment in Russia. But recently those letters have taken a dark turn. She’s not well. She’s losing it.”

Brittney Griner, a world-renowned basketball player with two Olympic gold medals, was sentenced to nine years in a Russian penal colony after being caught trying to smuggle illegal drugs into the country.

Her attorneys have appealed the conviction, arguing that the drugs were for personal use and that Griner had no intention of smuggling them into the country. However, the Russian court has upheld the sentence, and Griner will now have to serve her time in a Russian prison.

As a conservative radio host, Dan Bongino knows a thing or two about discrimination. And according to him, that’s exactly why he’s excited about Rumble and its public success.

Bongino is not the only one who has had enough of YouTube’s censorship. Last year, prominent YouTubers like Carl Benjamin and James Allsup were banned from the platform.

And just last week, popular YouTuber Steven Crowder was demonetized for allegedly violating YouTube’s hate speech policies.

But Bongino is hopeful that Rumble can be a haven for conservatives who have been censored by YouTube.

“I believe in free speech, and I believe that platforms like YouTube should be open to all points of view,” Bongino said.

“But if they’re going to censor conservatives, then we need an alternative.”

Rumble has already been gaining traction with conservatives. In December, the platform was ranked as the sixth most popular free iPhone app in the United States.

And Bongino is confident that Rumble can continue to grow and compete with YouTube.

“I believe that Rumble can be a powerful force for good in the fight against online censorship,” Bongino said.

“I’m excited to be a part of it.”

Governor Abbott of Texas knows that which is why he signed HB 20. It’s a bill that puts an end to censoring or limiting speech based on viewpoint expression. It applies to social media platforms with 50 million plus monthly users. 

It was reported that Federal Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the Fifth Circuit said the social media platforms argued for “a rather odd inversion of the First Amendment” that “buried somewhere in the person’s enumerated right to free speech lies a corporation’s unenumerated right to muzzle speech.”

“Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say,” Judge Oldham continued.

No surprise, the left-wing big tech companies are fighting back against the Texas law. Meta, formerly Facebook, Inc., is represented by the nonprofit group, NetChoice. They are challenging HR 20 and said they are disappointed with the ruling. 

“We remain convinced that when the U.S. Supreme Court hears one of our cases, it will uphold the First Amendment rights of websites, platforms, and apps,” as reported by Fox News. 

Friday’s ruling is a one-eighty from the ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in May of this year. They struck down a similar social media law in Florida saying that the law would violate the platforms’ First Amendment free speech rights. 

This new ruling creates a “circuit split” and usually ups the chance of the Supreme Court taking up the case. 

Republicans are celebrating this ruling as a victory in the fight against Big Tech censorship. House Republicans are focused on holding Big Tech accountable and making sure they are no longer allowed to censor going forward.

Big Tech created a monopoly over public conversation. They decide what we as Americans can see on the internet, which opinions we’re allowed to share, and what is “safe” for public consumption. It’s very un-American.

No company has the right to limit the information which Americans can access.

Attacks on free speech take us down a dangerous road. When people are silenced or called names like “racist” or “misogynist, for any speech that goes against the Big Tech overlords, it erases the chance for open and robust debate.

People need to know both sides of an argument to make informed decisions. Indoctrination, violence against speech you don’t like, and keeping one side out of the public square will erode a free society. Free speech is the hill to die on!

Once again President Biden’s administration was forced to put Joe in front of cameras, with his entire speech rolling on at least one teleprompter, to try to explain to the handful of people watching, why he just signed another executive order.

Unlike any other politician in recent history, the 79-year-old declining man who occupies the Oval Office struggled big time in doing this most basic of all the presidential duties assigned to him.

On Friday after he signed an executive order attempting to protect access to abortion after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, Democrat President Biden misspoke several times while reading the prepared notes off a teleprompter.

The order aims “to protect and expand access to abortion care, including medication abortion” and “protect and expand access to the full range of reproductive healthcare services, including actions to enhance family planning services such as access to emergency contraception” and “share information about how to obtain free or reduced-cost reproductive healthcare services.”

During his remarks, Biden repeatedly mischaracterized the highest court in the land by calling their ruling “terrible” and “extreme,” then incorrectly said that the ruling was “not a decision driven by the Constitution.”

The Dobbs decision overturning Roe & Casey, all 213 pages of it, is actually full of Constitutional references throughout. For example, on page one:

“Held: The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey
are overruled, and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the
people and their elected representatives. Pp. 8–79.”

During his remarks, Biden made the mistake of reading an instructive phrase as part of the prepared text.

“One of the most important extraordinary parts of the decision, in my view, is the majority writes, and I quote — I’m going to quote now from the majority — ‘Women are not without electoral or political power, it is noteworthy that the percentage of women who register to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so,’ end of quote, repeat the line.”

This confusing and incoherent performance earned him widespread mockery, including from Elon Musk. The Tesla and Space X CEO responded with a meme from the movie Anchorman.

White House assistant press secretary Emelie Simons actually claimed in a tweet that Biden didn’t actually read the teleprompter instructions.

Biden tried to mention the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia back-to-back.

Biden then complained that an unverifiable,10-year-old, reportedly had to travel to Indiana to get an abortion. “10 years old, and she was forced to have to travel out of the state to Indiana to seek to terminate the presidency and maybe save her life,” Biden incorrectly said.

Biden also forgot a basic grammar rule. He added an “s” to women, though it was not appropriate in his sentence:

If this was a scene from the Twilight Zone, most of us would feel a lot better about having a bumbling Manchurian candidate acting as our president.

Since this event did not take place in a fictional television series, then We the People just watched another embarrassing moment take place.

It is hard to predict how much damage Biden’s puppet masters will be able to accomplish over Joe’s remaining 2 years in office.

Not surprisingly, many Americans do not have the same patriotism they once did, especially with how the current administration talks about the U.S.

A Fox News interview with Rep. Michael Waltz talked about the very subject of declining patriotism:

 If you look at the polling data you see a steady decline over the last decade-plus. I point to our education system. COVID exposed to us the garbage being taught in our schools. When it’s taught in our schools that this is a fundamentally bad country, that at its core it is misogynist, racist, colonialist. It wasn’t founded to establish individual freedom for “we the people” away from monarchies and emperors. That it was established to protect slavery. When that is being taught in our schools and on top of that you have things in math class, which we discovered in Florida. 

Word problems in math class that talk about counting the numbers of oppressors and oppressed. Now in our military, they are saying on one hand you need to be willing to die for our constitution and flag, but it [our country] is fundamentally at its core bad and flawed. I think you take all of that together and when you talk about a military like this president has and the secretary of defense [Lloyd Austin]has, it is overrun with white supremacy. It doesn’t surprise me you are seeing this type of decline in pride in our institutions and pride in our flag.

There is always hope, however. 

Dekel also spoke about the beauty of life.

The AG of North Dakota has taken action with a inquiry after billionaire Bill Gates’ latest farmland purchase.

It was recently reported that Bill Gates acquired six parcels of land in Pembina County. Tuesday, the office of the Attorney General sent out a letter asking the Red River Trust to confirm how the company plans to use the land and if it meets any of the exceptions to the North Dakota Corporate Farming Laws.

Agricultural Commissioner Doug Goehring said “I’ve gotten a big earful on this from clear across the state, it’s not even from that neighborhood. Those people are upset, but there are others that are just livid about this.”

Per the DailyCaller “the letter stipulated that under North Dakota law, there are “certain limitations on the ability of trusts to own farmland or ranchland.”

“The Corporate or Limited Liability Company Farming Law has certain exceptions, such as permitting registered family farms or allowing the use of the land for business purposes,” the letter writes.

Those in violation are subject to a civil fine of $100k the letter states.

“Our office needs to confirm how your company uses this land and whether this use meets any of the statutory exceptions, such as business purpose exceptions, such as the business purpose exception, so that we may close this case and file it in our inactive files,” the letter adds.

It was further reported by New York Post that

An entity with ties to billionaire Bill Gates bought 2,100 acres of potato farmland in northern North Dakota — prompting the state’s top prosecutor to intervene after complaints from local residents.

Public records cited by AgWeek show that the Gates-linked Red River Trust bought the farmland from the owners of Campbell Farms, a potato farming group that is headquartered in Grafton, North Dakota, which is about 50 miles from the Canadian border.

North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring told KFYR that public reaction to the purchase has been largely negative.

“I’ve gotten a big earful on this from clear across the state, it’s not even from that neighborhood,” said Goehring.

“Those people are upset, but there are others that are just livid about this.”

Gates, the billionaire tech mogul and philanthropist whose net worth was pegged by Bloomberg at $113 billion, has quietly amassed nearly 270,000 acres of farmland across the country, according to the Associated Press.

The Microsoft co-founder is considered the largest private owner of farmland in the country with some 269,000 acres across dozens of states, according to last year’s edition of the Land Report 100, an annual survey of the nation’s largest landowners.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is known for her candid nature and she recently called for an investigation into Jeffery Epstein and his ties to the Clintons.

She tweeted out:

Maxwell named the Clinton Foundation as an organization she worked with,” Greene tweeted along with a screenshot of a CNN report detailing Maxwell’s charges and sentencing.”

In June, Maxwell touted her relationship with the Clintons and claimed to have helped launch the Clinton Foundation as she asked the court for a lighter sentence as proof of her “desire to do good in the world,” according to the Daily Mail.

Maxwell was just sentenced to 20 years in prison, despite her efforts to get a short sentence and leniency.

Maxwell, 60, was convicted in December 2021 of five charges, including sex trafficking a minor, recruiting and grooming four girls to have sexual encounters with Epstein between 1994 and 2004.

A U.S. Circuit Judge, Alison Nathan, said that she didn’t see Maxwell express any remorse or accept responsibility.

“Maxwell directly and repeatedly and over the course of many years participated in a horrific scheme to entice, transport and traffic underage girls, some as young as 14, for sexual abuse by and with Jeffrey Epstein,” Nathan said. “The damage done to these young girls was incalculable.”

It’s widely known that Bill Clinton went on Epstein’s private plane, nicknamed the ”Lolita Express”. The flight logs show at least 26 times, from 2011 to 2003.

The New York Post reported in 2020 that Bill Clinton and Ghislaine Maxwell were having an affair.

On July 31, 2010, Maxwell was among the few guests to attend Chelsea Clinton’s wedding at the former Astor estate in Rhinebeck, New York. This auspicious event followed an embarrassing incident for Maxwell.

“Only a few months earlier, while attending the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City, at the end of an Indian summer, in September 2009, a process server walked through the packed lobby of the Sheraton Hotel…and served Ghislaine Maxwell papers for a deposition,” the journalist Conchita Sarnoff recalls.

“Maxwell…was huddled in a small group talking to other guests” as the server approached her. He “called out her name and…with so many people surrounding her, Maxwell was unsuspecting. She confirmed her identity and he served her notice. The deposition was in relation to Epstein’s sexual abuse case. The server left at once,” Sarnoff writes in her book, TrafficKing.

An investigation into the Epstein and Maxwell connection to the Clintons has not formally started, but, hopefully, it will be looked into.

Far-left radical IIhan Omar, a U.S. representative for Minnesota’s 5th congressional district, has been one of the most hated representatives by conservative voters since her first days of being in D.C in 2019.

There are many reasons for her dislike by proud Americans across the country, the first of which is the fact that America took her in from her home country of Mogadishu, Somalia after she secured asylum in the U.S. and arrived in New York in 1995.

You would think that she would love our country for accepting and allowing her to become a member of our great country where she was given the opportunity to work her way up as a congresswoman, but of course, you would be wrong.

Instead of loving our country, she hates it. She is a member of “The Squad” a small group of radicals in congress who equally hate all the values that make our country so great and instead want to turn our country into a socialist sh*thole.

It is this level of disrespect for our country which is why she is so hated by the American public, and that disgust for her was shown at a concert in her home state recently.

General Michael Flynn has filed a motion to quash a subpoena issued by the House Select Committee to Investigate the Attack on the United States Capitol on January 6th. He also filed a request for a preliminary injunction and a temporary restraining order against Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

All nine members of the Select Committee were identified as defendants in the complaint, whereas Pelosi was designated as the only defendant in the motion. Flynn was briefly in the administration of former President Donald Trump for a few weeks before resigning on February 13, 2017.

However, the House committee investigating the events of January 6 has surprisingly focused on Flynn. Flynn was served with a subpoena in November, requiring him to give over papers and attend a deposition.

“By November 23, 2021, the Subpoena ordered General Flynn to deliver records in answer to twenty broad and imprecise demands spanning a year and a half. It also ordered General Flynn to attend a deposition on December 6, 2021, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit said that on Jan. 6 (and at all times relevant to the subpoena and committee inquiry), Gen. Flynn was a private citizen who had personal questions and opinions about the 2020 election’s legitimacy — but that was not a crime, according to the complaint.

“It is not a criminal to have such opinions, whether true or incorrect, to discuss them with others, to socialize with individuals who share such beliefs, or to petition the government to address such political problems,” according to the submission.

Flynn expressed reservations about the subpoena. The committee, on the other hand, “obstinately refused to give any clarification or cooperation to settle these difficulties,” according to the complaint. According to the lawsuit, the committee has been hurrying to report any non-cooperative witnesses to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution for contempt of Congress.

“As a result, General Flynn is trapped between two options, both of which risk criminal prosecution by the Department of Justice, either as part of an ongoing criminal investigation or as part of a new prosecution for contempt of Congress,” according to the brief. The complaint questioned the constitutionality of Flynn’s subpoena in general.

Flynn’s complaint asks the House committee for declaratory and injunctive relief, which would prevent the subpoena from being enforced. Separately, Flynn filed a request seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi alone. The motion claimed that Flynn had no role in planning, speaking at, or participating in the Jan. 6 demonstrations, protests, or incursions and that the subpoena is also an affront to Flynn’s constitutional rights.

In addition to interactions with government officials, the subpoena wants documents of General Flynn’s discussions concerning the 2020 election, as well as the foundation for his ideas and the people with whom he engaged.

As a result, it is a direct attack on his First Amendment rights to freedom of expression, association, and petition,” according to the motion. It also claimed that the subpoena will violate his 5th Amendment rights because “the records and testimony seek to undermine General Flynn’s protection against compelled self-incrimination under the Fifth Amendment.”

The motion also claimed that the committee’s decision to issue the subpoena was erroneous. It was issued “not for a lawful legislative purpose, but rather for the partisan harassment of a person because he has political beliefs the Select Committee dislikes,” according to the committee’s own authorizing resolution.

If granted, the temporary restraining order would prevent Flynn from giving a deposition or providing records. Pelosi would also be barred from enforcing the challenged subpoenas or utilizing any records collected as a result of them.

Following any appropriate briefing or hearing, Flynn’s motion urged that if the temporary restraining order is granted, it be turned into a preliminary injunction. This would effectively stop Pelosi and the select committee from implementing the subpoenas, thereby shutting down the Flynn inquiry.
